No, but unfortunately we have one child stuck between four jerks, the mother, Bode, Bode's wife, and the judge

My initial impression is that there is more going on here than revealed in the linked article. In domestic relations cases there is always more going on than one side or the other acknowledges. I personally do not believe that this matter should be cast as a woman's rights issue. It is a child welfare issue. The Courts, both NY and CA, should be focusing on what is in the best interest of the child and nothing more. It seems likely to me, under the circumstances presented in the article, a reasonable court would determine that it is in the Child's best interest to live with his mom in NY as she pursued her education. Since that did not happen, I suspect a much deeper back-story than the author acknowledges. FWIW, Miller and ex-girlfriend have decided to be reasonable: usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/12/09/21837016-olympic-skier-bode-miller-and-ex-come-to-agreement-in-battle-over-sonJim
