"But Robison said he and Francis found common ground in caring for the poor."
Sounds like a good meeting.

"But Robison said he and Francis found common ground in caring for the poor." Sounds like a good meeting. It's easy to have good meetings about the poor, when you're not poor. Private jets, limos, mansions, good food, the best of everything, there's your common ground.

How much money do they contribute to TOLM(?), the Honduran project you support?

How much money do they contribute to TOLM(?), the Honduran project you support? Yes, as well to those who have been in catastrophic situations. Have you ever searched it out before you made your conclusions? As far as TOLM, none. Then again, we haven't asked either. There are, however, two of the same stripe that do and do so quite substantially as well as all over the world.

No, I can't find verified reports of those preachers helping the poor, that's why I asked you. Do you have any? What other big name PG preachers support TOLM? Why haven't you asked for financial aid from the likes of Jamison, Hinn, Copeland, Osteen, and others? Is there a catch with accepting money from those guys? A little quid pro quo?

Why did I drop out of Seminary after one semester? I could have been the Pope by now Look at what I gave up Great! did you help the poor by giving it up? Not for a while. I jumped from Catholicism to becoming an AoG missionary. Didn't make much fleecing sheeple but it did give me the luxury of spending a month or so each year in the Mideast and Africa "Saving" Muslims. After 20 years I decided I was Atheist (With periodic agnostic thoughts). Dollar wise I did the most financial help during my Atheist years. Today as a Muslim percentage wise I give more, but living on retirement salary, the dollar amount is less.

I don't know what will satisfy you personally. As I mentioned before, I know of two who do but since you don't support them, who cares? What organizations do you support? In as much as the two have given TOLM support, my personal verification is enough and they haven't asked anything back in return except for us to keep them abreast of what is happening in Honduras. I am a relatively small church in comparison (perhaps the normal size for most) and I get requests monthly for support. If I helped every who asked, we would be dishing out $1 gifts by now. Generally it is built on relationships. I am sure that at their size, they must receive thousands. Incidentally, one of the students story. Father died at the age of one. As she grew into double digits, her mom began to lend her to her boyfriends. Running away from home she went to her aunts house. Finding abuse by the aunt's husband she went to grandpa's house who readily accepted her as long as she satisfied him when he wanted some. She heard about TOLM and was accepted and now she says she has found a family. Hundreds of stories like unto these. When you hear these stories, you get a perspective of when God says "Every thought was evil". It is incredible how low mankind can go.

In hind sight that is what I feel like I was doing as a Missionary. Although I thought I was doing God(swt)'s work. I believe I was selling a misrepresented product.

Ok... got it.
Shalom and Alhumdulilah -- you never know, some people may have had great life changes even if you misrepresented the product.
