Aw, gee golly shucky.
If I thought you two were sincere, I'd be really touched and not just touched in the head.
Been lurking occasionally but got a Kindle and have been watching hours and hours of old BBC series freebie via Amazon Prime. The Brits sure beat us Yanks all to hell crafting quality viewing.

Old Doc Who? Selfridges? D. Abbey? Foyle's War? Keeping Up Appearances?
BTW, I was totally sincere as far as you know.

Actually, the Judi Dench sitcom As Time Goes By, basically a classy and very witty soap opera. Helen Mirren as Det. Jane Tennison, marvelously written role for a middle-aged actress. Otherwise, period dramas. Just finished The Duchess of Duke Street, loosely based on the life of Rosa Lewis who became the most celebrated cook of the Edwardian era and was quite a character.
Downton Abbey? Hmmmmmm. Maybe I'll give it another try. Started watching when it started and wasn't that impressed. Very much preferred the original Upstairs, Downstairs.
Selfridge is on my watchlist along with a half dozen more.
Just had to give y'all some grief. Geez, should I have quoted Sally Field's Oscar speech for Norma Rae, "You like me, you really like me"? (Bet ya didn't know she actually said, "You like me, right now, you like me," which represents Hollywood's fleeting affection more accurately.)

Give Keeping Up Appearances and Fawlty Towers a try too, if you like Britcoms.
