This is to the right, again Jamestown is in the distance. The kids walk around barefooted, I don't know how the do it, I wear kayaking boots or beach sandles.

The views are gorgeous. When I get home, I'll upload my beautiful back yard view too!

The learning experience is good though, you never know what subject might come up during trivia night at Duffy's. Languages are fascinating to me, I'm easily amused. Are you old enough to remember "Duffy's Tavern" on Radio? early 1950s I am, just barely. Sometimes when we'd stay for supper at Grandma & Grandpa's farm, they'd turn on the console radio (taller than I was at age 4!) They liked Duffy, Amos & Andy and probably some others I don't remember. I just remember Dad saying he liked Duffy's Tavern and Mom wanting to go home if it was Amos & Andy. She didn't like that one because she said it made fun of Negroes as they were called then and not in a nice way. An aunt had a big pantry closet, as big as any bedroom walkin today, that she called Fibber McGee's closet. It was big but nothing like Fibber's since everything stuffed into it was in a certain place. It wasn't until old radio shows came out on cassette that I really understood the joke even though it must have been explained to me.
